Pastor Harry L. Kaufhold, Jr was born in Lancaster, Pa. and has served a number of United Methodist Churches in eastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from Elizabethtown College as a mathematics major, and received his Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary.

He is a trained psychotherapist, a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. He enjoys sports, and is a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, Flyers and Eagles (when they are winning), likes to fish, and is the world's worst golfer (but can't give up the game completely).

Dianne Koser, church secretary. A Lancaster County native, Dianne is a graduate of Millersville State College where she was a secondary education English major. Dianne earned her special education certification through Immaculata University.

Prior to retiring in 2016, she was employed by Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 as a learning support teacher at the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, Mount Joy campus. Dianne's hobbies include knitting, crocheting, counted cross stitch, and reading. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Bob Krady, our janitor, spent the last 15 years of his working career as a janitor at Lampeter-Strasburg High School.

Bob enjoys reading and being outside. Also among his favorite things are spending time with and doing things with his family and friends.

Walter Kondratowski, our Audio-Visual Technician, is married to Kristin, and together they are raising four lovely daughters. They live deeply embedded in the Amish territory of Lancaster County.

Leading up to and during the pandemic, Walter served at 190-year-old First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg as a youth leader and at four-year-old 938 Church as a worship leader, where he caught the vision for church planting. Through a partnership with 1001 New Worshiping Communities, Walter and his team planted Our Table, a church based on a meal, a message, and a mission. As a bi-vocational minister, he serves local churches specializing in worship and production ministries.

Walter is currently a student at the Rawlings School of Divinity, obtaining his MDiv. Also, he has a dog he likes very much but forgot to mention until now.

Steve Mitchell, our organist / pianist lives in Smithville with his wife Gail. Has two children, Brandon husband of Angie in Richmond VA, and Kristin wife of Ryan Bowe in Glen Mills PA, and 2 Grandchildren of Kristin, Justin and Wyatt.

Retired from G.R. Mitchell, Inc. Building Supplies in Willow Street PA. On the board of the Strasburg Railroad. Graduated from Elizabethtown College 1973

Interests are taking care of his 20 acre property, mowing, cutting trees, general maintenance. Golfing, with a second home in Pinehurst, NC.

Loves retirement and loves Community UMC where he is Chair of the SPRC committee, Co-Chair of the Finance Committee, member of the Administrative Board and Visioning Team. He is also a member of the Worship team where he plays keyboards.
